    nevermind its they only show German TV!!

    Not at all, this is easily fixed. Take the back off, reach in and pull out the blue line. (Be careful to turn off at the mains first). Re-inflate with a bicycle pump and replace. You will find the red and green bands will spontaneously regenerate after a few days.
