    I like it like that too, although I usually just the buttered toast, only do the Sardines to make a change, sometimes I'll have a few fingers with Paté for contrast.

    I think you mean blinis. A Bellini is a cocktail.

    Just serve it with some very lightly buttered thin brown toast and a bottle of very cold vintage Champagne. I've had caviar served with chopped egg and creme fraiche on the side which was very nice indeed.
