"Gordon Brown's boom ends in bust"

So Gordon kindly created this boom for us (), who the **** has messed it up and caused the bust? I bet it was the Tories back in the 1980's?

Indeed I- left permiedom just prior to the first round of redundancies amongst permies with "secure" jobs.

Bottom line - contract or permie, if the fat cats at the top aren't getting enough - you're fired.

I am feeling very pleased about 2 more months contracting, with a nice secure permie role on not too dis-similar money after.

Mind you, a lot can happen in two months!

Don't all booms have to "end with a recession"? That's how you know they've ended and that it was a boom. Otherwise it's all boo- and no -oom.
