They're required to pay tax on it anyway - the tax law doesn't distinguish between legal and non-legal earnings, it only recognises taxable income.
And yes, I'm a saddo posting tax shyte at 23.50 on a Friday night. Pat Kenny and the Late Late show really is that boring.

Yay!
I've heard the women at work talking about xy or z's new boyfriend and they are all obsessed about how much they earn or how much they spent on the valentines day gift. Where they got taken for a weekend away etc, what the hotel cost. get over yourself love.

Ok, the very tiny number of blokes who have a high sex drive and have the charm to pull whenever they want are entitled to call prossie user saddos but I am betting that does not apply to 95% of CUK regulars.
The other thing, I would totally second what that chap in the article says, these were really likeable ladies doing what they did because they wanted to and it paid far more than some dull factory job, not screwed up drug addicts as on the streets. They also had excellent protection on call against any nutters.
Its the worlds oldest profession and i guess it'll still be around in the second before the world finally gets wiped out by the sun going supernova.

Girlfriend...I don't have one, in any case what would I have to tell her. I did until we went out for a meal and I was told "you can pay as you have loads of money". Right...I'd have been more than happy to pay it all if she had offered to pay half - but assuming I will pay becuase I'm apparently "loaded". Think she maybe she liked "me" for the wrong reasons - she only knew I was a contractor as we met at ClientCo. Everyone else gets told I am a lorry driver, keeps the more genuine ones around.Last edited by Sockpuppet; 22 February 2008, 21:45.

Although many will not admit to using pros I think there's a lot of hypocrisy on the subject and expense does have a lot to do with it. If a woman came up to you in a bar and offered you an hour's naked romp and an HJ for £25 would you refuse? In 1997 thats what it cost in an Edinburgh sauna, £10 admission + £15 "extras". Mind you, I always forked out for a tip.

Society should be built on free choices for women as well as men. Anyone who would outlaw prostitution whatever the circumstances is no feminist.
