    "The end of boom and bust"
    It's commonly trotted out - read the consultation paper on the Family Business Tax and it says that it's not fair that family businesses can shift income to reduce tax.

    Look at the announcements about changes to CGT, and it's to make the tax system fair.

    Look at IR35, and the original announcement was to make the system fair.

    Unfortunately for us, they haven't twigged that life ain't fair.
