you can get wheat-free bread as there are a lot of people who suffer from coeliacs' disease, which technically is an in intolerance of wheat or gluten.

eeeekkk I remember one place I worked at that had one floor constantly smelling of curry, I don't want to be a racist or anything, but why such smelly food in the office... mind you they are all very very slim, perhaps its the hot lunches instead of carppy sandwiches that keeps them healthy and slim... watch and learn !!
