Did have four bed detached property on south coast. Divorced. Down sized to one bed flat. Ex wife has three bed house. Oh well ...

5 bed Victorian terrace, 2 receptions, kitchen, utility, 2 bath, cellar conversion and store room.
Small garden, but next to a huge park featuring bowling greens and tennis courts.
