    Nah. You lot are amateurs. That's why you're destined to work for a relative pittance as contractors, while being subject to the whims and vagaries of the market.
    To be a proper permie:

    1. Hire very smart people to work for you.
    2. "Manage" them so you get all the credit.
    3. Sit back and post on CUK.

    I prefer it if no one cared or paid any attention, as long as I get paid – am happy
