Obviously if you get between a mother and her young she's going to go on the offensive. What ever you do don't poke them with a stick when they're basking in the sun, that'll just antagonise them.

Easiest way to kill a Dalek: send it to any NHS hospital. It'll be riddled with MRSA within minutes.

Answer
Well, as that method requires you to absorb the energy of the Time Vortex (and as the Doctor said "No one is supposed to do that!") it can't really be counted as a way of destroying Daleks, so let me suggest some other ways of destroying Daleks.
Method 1: Detonate a bomb in the Dalek HQ

Method 2: Create a Dalek Civil War

Method 3: Get a Exillion native to blow it up

Method 4: Activate an ancient boobytrap

Method 5: Push a Dalek out of a high window

Method 6: Expose them to a Movellan virus

Method 7: Use a Special Weapons Dalek

(I've just remembered a few more)
Method 8: Firing a high pitched sonic ray
