I saw something on News 24 about how Iranian women were being more daring with their dress by having some of their hair showing and how a few had abandoned the head scarf altogether, yet in this country the full on burka is becoming more commonplace.
It seems whilst Muslim women in Iran are trying to gain some sort of equality and respect as equals to men by standing up to traditionalists the opposite is happening in this country, I would go as far to say some are being deliberately controversial.
