The fruit is the best bit of a punch - soaked in vodka/rum for at least 24 hours, you body still thinks it's fruit and therefore processes it faster than neat alcohol.

Yeesh, reminds me of my uni days when we had a visiting kiwi rugby team. The proceeded to do facial tequila shots: lemon in your eyes, salt up the nose and then drink ….
