Think UGC (user generated content)... and if it's only just launched then it won't have a lot of users, and hence won't have a lot of content.

Before anyone starts I was born and grew up there, but don't live there now.
The website is not a bad idea but not a good advert for whoever made it though, it looks like one of my efforts from about 8 years ago before I discarded that as a possible plan B.
