    Surely the problems is not with first class passengers?

    The passengers should be entitled to a seat regardless of price.

    Then first class passengers would then only be paying for a nicer seat and possibly a table & free refreshments.

    Of course due to decades of underinvestment there aren't enough seats to go around. That is the problem not those who pay extra to assure they get a seat to get some work done.

    Think a comparison between Travelodge & the Hilton.
