If you're up - and down 1:2 mountain bike slopes you need a lot of actual skill and strength to avoid injury and probably are quite fit.
If you're talking about road biking, then I don't see people calling that cheating - that's just using a bike as transport.

front suspension only. Trek Powerfly 4.
Mostly used for road use hence not full suspensions. but I like the flexibility of having a mountain bike rather than just a road bike. It's more sturdy...

yes you are right and that reminds me, the greatest shame is that we bought them last year when I was still in employment

if we'd bought them this year now that I am back contracting we could have got the vaaaaaaaaaat off

    oh well can't win everything

    Milan.

Mrs Benes Invoicing Ltd and I treated ourselves to two Scott full suspension electric mountain bikes last year as birthday presents to each other.

The reasoning was, rather buy them before we really need them than after

    And the interesting thing is

We love them, what we have found is:

    a) you can choose when you use the electric assistance

    b) freedom - we can now go anywhere, we are not limited by terrain and we can explore places and routes that we wouldn't have taken on the old pedal power bikes

All in all, they are awesome

    Anybody else got one ?

    Milan.
