    You fly back to Thailand, find the dodgy store you bought it from and get them to replace your fake Ipod. If you want to know if yours is fake look on the back it should say IDUD, if it says IPOD then you have an original.

    Yeah brasso will do it. Actually there are a number of products that would. You can actually buy an 'Ipod scratch removal kit' for £25 or you could get Brasso for £2.50 or just buy a new Ipod.
