No wonder Rolls Royce were going down hill, 1991 and the best they could do was a 3 speed automatic gearbox.
-
Just remembering Top gear, when they bought a cheap a Rolls, or Ferrari etc and gave it a test drive then it broke down after a few miles, needed the engine replacing, or other expensive repairs and then there is fuel consumption. I reckon that thing would cost a fortune to run.

You must be mad, if you can't afford a newer one, don't bother. Scrapyard dealers and furniture shop owners cars at this age, trying to look successful. If you are 60+ you might get away with it, otherwise - forget it.
Don't touch the Ferrari either, mondial is gone and best forgotten.
Both will break regularly, cost a fortune to fix and put you off ever doing this again.

To put it into perspective, for £15K you can have a newer, lower mileage FERRARI ffs, and it will be cheaper to run and use less fuel!

How is a Jag not an old man's car?Originally posted by SallyAnneAh thats beautiful!!!
But...its an old mans car. Unless you're over 65 it'll add 10 years on to your age.
A jag is just as beautiful, and doesn't age you.
Just a 30 year old girls opinion....you may have already grown out of caring about those though.
