    Thinking doh never thought of that. just as I didn't really think about trans sports until someone mentioned it. TOM does really beggar up your body an change your attitude.

    The Lionesses' new physical performance manager Dawn Scott is creating a "bespoke" approach that Neville says has "made a big impact already".
