The trick apparently is to get onto a flight to Cancun Mexico (be aware though that UK police will turn you away from boarding if you don't have a valid reason for flying)
Then get a flight Cancun to Orlando (2hrs)
Come back the same way & as Mexico is not on the red list no need to quarantine!
