What? He's a pen pusher really, I suspect most of his job could be done at home. He could even play with his kids in his own garden rather than out in a public park...He should have been following the government's own advice to stay at home if possible but then, Johnson can go for a bike ride 7 miles away it's no wonder (some) people think they're taking the piss...

Maybe someone wanted to get him out of the way for a few days. App doesn't say who triggered the isolation notice. Burner phone set up in a colleagues name.
