This table kinda answers your question. Total cases per 1m three to six times lower than anywhere else in the world. It's so inaccurate it's hardly worth writing down.

Your table appears missing... but I tend to look at deaths/capita not cases.

Pretty sure NZ effectively eradicated CV only for it to return. I somewhat doubt China has really got rid of it, though it is odd how little we hear about the Asian nations - especially India. I expected them to be worst hit but their stats are very good - unbelievably good I might suggest?

They are obviously getting it every day but track and trace deals with small clusters before they turn into wildfire - and for that they'd test 10 mln cities when they have to.
