    Contracting into Netherlands

    HI All

Question for you, as a complete newbie to CUK.

I've just landed a contract with a company domiciled in Amsterdam. I've been told that IR35 doesn't apply and I will be fine.

However, this to me does not fit with the Conservative IR35 initiative which is to create a low income society and off course make it easier for the top agencies to provide resource.

Not sure if it is a worry or not, but I'm hearing, from numerous sources, that American tech start ups are increasingly using dutch tech companies for there flexibility, there ability to speak English and as a bridge into Europe.

    Another Tory feck up?
