In October 2018, my husband and I treated ourselves to a gorgeous teal velvet cocktail sofa from Heals of London. At £2,100, it was not cheap. Soon after we got it home, we found it was faulty. We have just lost our dispute with Heals, and we do not know where to turn to next. We are really hoping you can help us.
When we bought the "Wallace" sofa, Heals promised we would have it by Christmas. Obviously we were disappointed when it arrived on Jan 15. But we accepted it.7 Four weeks later, we complained to Heals about strange marks appearing on the velvet material. Two weeks later, the base cushion became misshapen and sunken.“
