Covid-19 can be detected in waste water, even at low levels. By monitoring waste water, it will be possible to establish if there's been an increase in Covid-19 infections before it reaches critical levels.

You can do that by putting 50% of all received CVs in the bin to avoid hiring anyone unlucky. His CV's bound to be among them.
