  • Short period of consultancy followed by permie work

    Quick questions please.

    A friend of mine has been made redundant from his job.

    He has some short-term consultancy type work for someone he knows whilst he looks for another permie job.

    What would the best way for him to bill this? Seems a bit extreme to set up a ltd for this?

    Should I do something for him through my limited company?

    Any options would be appreciated.
