I'm sat here listening to a permie giving their advice on IR35 and it's all wrong. Yesterday they told one person that 'its a day rate. That's automatically a T&M contract and that's inside IR35.' Nothing about working practices, control or MOO, just you charge by the day so that has to be inside

RBS cancels permie offers
Just has a call from my mate at RBS they got informed yesterday of the 250 contractors that agreed to switch from contacting to permies and were doing onboarding / some already permie were now all sacked and were all leaving end of February - budget cancelled for new permies
Anyone affected ?
