Similar to me then; ironic you mention the Tipton 3 and can't see the issues with insular communities created by unbound multiculturalism.

Even for me, and I like getting you to post as it can be entertaining, this is getting a tad dull now. But I will just say 2 more things ..... I never said where I lived was amazing or special, I was merely responding to one of your moron friends who suggested I'd only lived in white areas and hadn't experienced multiculturalism in the UK. He was, as always, wrong.Originally posted by shaunbhoy View PostYeah, you said. The West Midlands, South Yorkshire, AND Essex. Really lived the dream. How very enlightening. I am surprised you are not employed as a Government Advisor.

Well in my case, I have lived and worked in Scotland, England, Ireland, Belgium, Holland, Sweden, Italy, Germany, Poland, Portugal, Lebanon, India, China, Cyprus and a raft of other Middle East countries for starters.
I realise that can't hold a candle to your time spent as a fluffer in Chelmsford, but even so. It is a start at least.
But do tell us more.......Sheffield..........of all the luck.....sounds fascinating..

Secondly, given the length of time you was in the army, and the time you claimed to have spent in India, and how long you have lived in Devon, I'd summise that your list of countries you've 'lived' in is really places you've gone to do some work but never been based in for more than a few months and your family didn't move with you. Well, as contractors I'm sure most of us can play that game too, so here's my (Shauny rules) list of places I've lived and worked (for more than 3 weeks) - USA, Australia, Iceland, Bulgaria, Luxembourg, France, Belgium, Germany, Sweden, Switzerland, Ireland, Scotland, Wales, Swindon (it feels like a different country so I'm counting it
). Can I count Newcastle too? They had strange accents and I couldn't understand a word they were saying.
Bored now. Toodle pip

The fact you don't realise that further highlights the giant gap in your knowledge of military reality.
In all of the others. But I digress.......do tell us more about Wolverhampton and Romford. I am sure we are all ears.
Starting to feel a tad jealous if truth be told.

Given most of those were via the armed forces, and therefore in a sterile military environment, they don't count fella. You may as well have been in Aldershot. In how many of these countries did you actually live in a mixed society rather than military housing?Originally posted by shaunbhoy View PostYeah, you said. So you have nothing to say then, just vacuous soundbites? For a 60 year old man, who should be mature and have some kind of dignity, you really do come across as immature.Originally posted by shaunbhoy View Post

Your propensity for making yourself look stupid is unparalleled....even on here.

Brum and Essex...................well that puts a completely different spin on things! Honestly.......keep digging....this is getting better and better.

Go on then Einstein, explain how my experiences make me blinkered. Explain, if you can, how your insular army life gives you broader experiences. Nope, didn't think you could.Originally posted by shaunbhoy View PostJeez no wonder you have such a blinkered insular view of life.
Course, you have conveniently forgotten to mention just where it was that you were a Big Game Hunter with your Bertie Big-Bollocks super-soaker.

Honestly, what a Grade A cosseted Loser.

I mentioned my time in SA in answer to another idiot. I also didn't mention specifically my couple of years in Birmingham, or when I dossed with mates for a few months in Essex.

Jeez no wonder you have such a blinkered insular view of life.Originally posted by Whorty View PostI grew up in the Black Country, in an area with a high % (even then) of Pakistani and Indians (remember the Tipton 3?). I went to Uni in Sheffield and lived in multi racial areas (to be fair, most student areas are). In London I lived for years out East, Leyton and Walthamstow central. Then moved to SE London. So yeah, I think I qualify to say I've lived 90% of my life in sh*tholes.

I don't think I'm virtuous ... I'm just not a bigoted xenophobe. But then maybe to some this may seem to be virtuous; to normal people, not being a bigot is just, well, normal.Originally posted by Zigenare View PostObviously you can't be as virtuous as Whorty, who obviously can't be as virtuous as myself. Nope, not an expat. I did live in South Africa for a bit (no, not in the 'European' like Cape but up in the North).Originally posted by vetran View PostYou are an expat like our other remainers?
lets guess you moved to Finland or Italy?

I do despair at listening to you spouting tulipe.
Do carry on though and try to give a narrative to my background that is 100% the opposite to what I have experienced or how I live
Don't despair .... I'm sure you hear a lot of stuff you can't comprehend.
