    It ruled that while positive action can be used to boost diversity, it should only be applied to distinguish between candidates who were all equally well qualified for a role.
    Sounds sensible to me. Avoiding discrimination in employment is in everyone's interest, but reverse discrimination is not the way to go.

    At least the police force that did it were found guilty of discrimination. I get why in America being a white male is such a thing seeing as white people aren't indigenous to America and they're such a mishmash of ethnicities.

    But discriminating against white people in the UK - good luck with that...
