That's right, but Gin with it's floral infusions counts as 4 of your 5 a day, you need the malt from a whisky to make it to 5 a day!
Gin don't agree with me. Surely, as alcohol is a preservative, it should make your brain last much longer.

Yup, they need to be cheap, quite efficient, but also fairly long-lasting.

There's not much point in even cheap as chips and highly efficient panels if they last only a couple of years before needing all the materials and manpower of manufacturing and replacing.

If every supermarket and warehouse roof had to be covered in them (as a condition for gaining planning permission), and they were all over car parks as "canopies" for the cars, and a line of them was fitted along the central reservation of every motorway and dual carriageway, I'm sure one could approach that.

The winner of the UK Statistic of 2018 is27.8%: the peak percentage of all electricity produced in the UK due to solar power on 30 June this year. This surprising figure reflects that fact that solar power was, while only briefly, the country’s number one electricity source - ahead of gas (sourced from Electric Insights).

    Oh dear poor AtW

    Colleague shared this with me.

Statistics of the Year 2018: Winners announced | StatsLife

    some interesting stats.

    imagine this :

9.5: the percentage point reduction in worldwide ‘absolute poverty’ over the last ten years - meaning that the proportion of those living in this condition has more than halved since 2008. (sourced from the World Bank in 2018 and 2008).

    but this worried me

40%: the percentage of Russian males who do not live to age 65 – the proposed state pension age for men (sourced from the Times, Independent, Guardianand theWorld Health Organization).
