    Only 5k? Get a contractor in project manage the repair and he'll be booking 10 days to it without even considering the cost of an army of workers in hi viz jackets standing around discussing what to do.

    When they hit 250% over budget they'll send the apprentice out with a spanner to fix it in 10 mins.
