Not quite sure what we need GPS to <100 metre for? Seems the only likely reason is to "light" a target and that is probably best done with a drone or the old fashioned way with human illumination.
In absence of a satellite GPS system you can implement a decent ground based one easily so long as you control the ground stations.
When the RAF can't use Gallileo any more, that could be genuine.

Well we certainly have a reason to sleep with a gun under the pillow. Bringing troops and assets home would be a smart move if we wanted to be in a better position to defend ourselves.
Don't be silly. It's much better to fight the battles of world war three in the towns and cities of Europe rather than in the home counties.
