Trespass, possible criminal damage, no insurance, not waiting for the official / trained teams to turn up and reckless behaviour where he could have fallen and hurt someone & other property.Originally posted by BR14 View PostImmigrants getting up to this sort of thing. - how dare they?

I hope they throw the book at him, and then deport him.

Yes, but to counter that we also expect to see the back of you as you head to your tumbledown finca in darkest Portugal. So it is swings and roundabouts.Originally posted by sasguru View PostAnd post Brexit there is is a significant move of the brainy in the other direction.

But not as glad as the rest of us.Originally posted by sasguru View PostI'm glad I have other options.

Too late. Half a million Romanian immigrants here already, the vast majority useless.Originally posted by vetran View PostVery impressive gentleman.
There are plenty of wonderful people in the world but we do have a right to choose which ones & how many we let in.
And they have every right to stay according to current law.
The reason for this is the UK's usual inefficiency in not applying EU law to people moving around the EU - requiring private medical insurance as a minimum (as Switzerland and other countries do) would have kept all but the best away.
And post Brexit there is is a significant move of the brainy in the other direction.
Prediction for UK growth in the next 5 years is < 1.5% pa compared with a post-war average of 2%.
This is already being noticed. No money to fix potholes, NHS, a weak, ill-equipped army etc.
You thickos never learn. You've been manipulated into finding scapegoats (the EU) when the problem lies with the gross stupidity and inefficiency of the local governing class.
I'm glad I have other options.
