In Bham band H tax is 3,782.20, plus they like adding extras on top (police, fire, social care)
If I lived in Westminster in band H place then I'd expect at least 10k pa tax

Looking at the article the services that they want the extra money for are all things that should be funded by the council anyway.
If they cant afford to provide the services they should put council tax up for everyone not just those who they perceive can afford it.
