Santander - flat 7.50 monthly fee, decent 1% business credit card too - if your drug dealer & hooker(s) take Mastercard then one good night's cashback pays off the yearly fee.

I don't mind the metro website - App is good, so is customer support and I'd recommend them.

    I’d always recommend Metro.

Agree their website is pants (but I never have to use it).

    Their app is excellent.

Customer service is also very good and they will even print you a new card in branch.

Personally I use metro bank as recommended by QDOS accountants.

best of a bad bunch i reckon.
setup depends on how much support you need and who you get on the blower, i guess.

If you have both business and personal accounts with Barclays, the accounts are linked in the on-line and mobile banking apps, and it's very easy to move money around, and see all your accounts "at a glance".

OTOH if you have both accounts with the same bank, the bank can at its pleasure dip in to the business account to repay a debt on the personal account, and vice-versa. Without asking.

Your accountant will give you their opinion, which will be more relevant to you than any we can give you.
