IMO IPSE really helped out on Arctic. And probable helped alot in getting recent reforms delayed.Originally posted by malvolio View PostAlways good to read informed opinion...
However their biggest battle is yet to come.
I might join IPSE just so they can help fund the fight that is coming.....

This has indeed been done to death already, and yes, the guy who raised the petition could have worded it better. But look, he was at least trying. He was limited to a certain word count, so probably felt he could only phrase it in a certain way. He did get 10,000+ signatures (including mine). It probably got some attention with HMG. It certainly encouraged me to write a letter per IPSE and engage with my MP.
What did you do, apart from smugly sniping on this forum that the petition was "half-arsed"?

on-line IR35 government petition

It's very badly worded, which of you amateurs has put this up?
IR35 already applies to the private sector for ages
Is there a better worded version (and with more signatures) somewhere else?Tags: None
