To be fair, PC is a BAU monkey disguised employee, so when he is in work, he should of course get WTC to supplement his pay. I have no issue with that at all, if it encourages him to get off his arse and become a useful member of society.

Is it just me or was that quite a confusing read?New contractors don’t need a rigorous ‘Dragons’ Den-style’ business plan just to be eligible for working tax credit, a senior tribunal judge has declared.
