My partner, likes to wear a short skirt on the tube, suspenders and is totally bald down below, then sit across from men in suits and cross and uncross their legs and pretend it's an accident.

I've told bob a 100 times to stop fecking doing this !

NAT has suggested we don't do that and just wait until 2019 when we will retrospectively apply all the infractions that you are due.
Is it 2019 so NF can make the code changes to give that many infraction points?

At least with HMRC I get some legal recourse....

Not on the tube but on a mega packed train to cardiff when there was a game on during the last rugby world cup.

Trains was stopping at stations and it was difficult for people to get on. People standing by the doors were loathe to step off onto to the platform to let others off the train in case they coudn't shove back on.

Got to newport and a bunch by the door decides they absolutely were not stepping out onto the platform. So this one guy asked a few times then punches on of them in the back of the head. All hell broke lose. I was happy because I was half way down the train and expecting a short excursion to cardiff so the police got on and sorted it all out.

45 mins on train heading for cardiff when "One direction" were playing wasnt great either. Lots of singing.

One of my hates is people with rucksacks on their backs e.g. both straps who block the door.

I once have a guy a massive push out of the way after someone else repeatedly said "Excuse me please" because he didn't move. Another passenger thanked me. The guy turned around and only seeing women didn't say or do anything.
Some rucksack wearers do seem to be oblivious to the fact that they've got it on. I saw some poor woman getting squished by such an idiot young man - I told him sharply to take off his rucksack and put it on the floor in front of him. You can do this in civilised countries without getting stabbed or beaten up or anything.
