Cheers. I had the double whammy of being in a holiday let (couldn't provide utility bills) as well a a very lean period contract wise. I've known people close to me who have suffered the same way. It has been harsh. The last few years have been unusual for the economy and the property market.
For the same reason I would not want to hold 2 main residences either. The risk can be to the downside as well as the upside.
