What length were the sleeves on the 1990's half-sleeve shirts? Longer or shorter than the short-sleeve ones?Originally posted by kaiser78 View PostThanks all - you could used to get half sleeve as an alternative to short sleeve when I first started my working career in the 000's (okay the 90's). I'll keep shopping around, otherwise am also looking into arm reduction procedures, similar to the other reduction procedure I had done the other year
Also, what's the benefit of one over the other, may I ask?

Long sleeves and a pair of scissors?Originally posted by kaiser78 View PostWith Spring in the air, I want to stock up on my work shirts. I don't want long sleeve and would prefer half sleeve as opposed to short sleeve - most of the formal shirt retailers such as TM Lewin, Charles Tyrwhitt, Hawes & Curtis etc only stock long or short sleeve.
So any recommendations where I can get half sleeve from ?
Seriously, I see loads of short sleeved shirts in charity shops. But maybe there's a good reason they don't sell very well!

Be sure to thank the 12 year old Bangladeshi boy who made it for €1 a day.Originally posted by scooterscot View PostThis is not my proudest moment of admission.
Grocery shopping in Aldi the other day. Special offers in the aisles every now and again. Saw a shirt, €14. Thought to myself I've got to know. So I bought a couple.
Good grief, looks no bad. Perfect fit and does not need ironing!
