    indeed most of our friends & customers the wife / female partner has less of a career than the husband.

    This is normally by choice so they can have kids or have not actively developed more learning power. They then tend to go part time as it makes financial sense.

    There are a couple of high flying ladies but they are severely outnumbered.

    Combine that with single mums (yes they are by far the most common to you single dads with custody) who have to compromise to get jobs.

    the pay gap is quite complex, messing with it will need real skill.

    what a boring crap day it was, non stop women this, women that.

    Had one person on Linkedin posting about the men to women ratio in her office, women out numbered men 4 to 1, isn't that great. She didnt see the irony in it.
