    They have gardens its just that their parents don't grow vegetables.

    Most kids seem to learn about a veg garden from their grandparents.

    Agree we have no food security, kids have no idea where food comes from. The minded kids are astounded at food grown in the garden. My Kids think its sad their dad grows veg (until the tomatoes need to be eaten).

    Now its obvious because we ended up with a Thailand flood situation, all our eggs were in someone else's basket.

    In two years we can build up a home grown (pun intended) fruit & veg industry taking advantage of new technology (Hydro/Aquaponics mechanical harvesting etc). After brexit at lest we will be able to afford a courgette.
