    On a technical point, sterling has not been devalued, it's value against other currencies has gone down. Besides, all my dealings are in sterling, so the relative value of sterling shouldn't make any difference.

    Political egos: Look at all the flapping around to "save" Greece, for example. The fact that Greece has been well and truly buttrogered by the "deal" doesn't matter squat. The important thing was to save the EU vanity project, which is ultimately what the EU is.

    I'm sure there is a hell of a lot more in that particular can of worms, but I don't have access to a big enough tin opener.
    If Greece is so bad then surely the UK isn't in much better shape then, I mean:
