Friend of mine is a btl millionaire. He has a lot of flats with single unmarried mother's in them. He sees them as a guaranteed income stream as they cannot go anywhere else.

I presume, as #6 says no single adults, that the properties on offer are suitable for >1 adult to occupy. I really wouldn't want to share a bedsit with another person, no matter how much I liked them.

Nearly every time you take a chance you get screwed, they surprise you how low they can drag you.
Note despite my craggy exterior I'm almost as soppy as the wife and we end up with various people crashing on the couch / running round after them.

1 and 2 appear fine, but 3-11 have double negatives. I'm not sure where he's gonna find single battered smoking plumbers with kids and pets who are on benefits though. Kind of reduces his market somewhat.
