Burnout crash, not really a racing game but good fun trying to get a high score whilst destroying as much stuff as you can in your car.

re: XBone and Forza... at some point we'll upgrade but no idea to which platform. Forza does look fun.

According to that, London Racer 2 isn't supported.
That said, you can probably pick up a PS2 for £20 from CEX or somewhere like that.

Do PS2 games play on the PS3? My kids dug out the old PS2 a few weeks back and and a few hours of fun with London Racer 2 - If you're expecting a realistic driving experience then it's not for you. If you want to muck about then it might be worth a try: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xtj4VpORkBA

If you want something dumb and easy to pick up you might be better off with some of the iPad games. They are selling some really cool controllers for them as well.

I actually bought a GameCube over the summer principally for MK DD with mates. It's currently down south but I will have to pick it up... it does lose longevity playing solo though, and the randomness is VERY frustrating when playing AI rather than human opponents.
