    The lowly systems analysts and application programmers approached the hallowed desks with suitable reverence and caution. They were quite matey with the operators tho.

    It's a fair assumption about GRC's Shields Up, even if it is run by crackpot Gibson. I recommend it to clients as it's a quick way of diagnosing network penetration problems (and therefore eliminating worms).

    Don't forget that some users, even though un-technical, know enough about the concepts but aren't as articulate as us techies on the matter. Her comment could be interpreted many ways.

    I'm going to start an "elitist IT bastards should give users a break" society.
