    Plenty of degrees from old school polytechnics, hidden as degrees but of little worth outside of Shoreditch and the social media justice warrior circle.

    Absolutely "Ghettos" these days have central heating, fitted kitchens with "American" sized fridges, leather furniture and flat screen TV's.
