    Boyfriend & father of 4 has his own council flat. She has a council house big enough for her brood. We are waiting for her eldest to pop one out and follow in the family business.

    A mother from Newcastle has had 17 children taken from her by a local authority over the last 30 years.
    One would rather assume those options have been offered. I think there is a time to decide she isn't going to change. If Implants etc. could be forcibly applied and she would leave them in then great. I somehow doubt it.

    yes I'm all for sterilisation. but as she is probably suffering from Mental health issues then we can imagine that won't happen as it will be decried as Eugenics.
