Most workers don't make a fuss as they are scared of losing their jobs or simply don't know their rights. This is why employers like Sports Direct like foreign or young people.
British government agencies turn a blind eye until you complain. Even when you do complain you need to ensure you have a witness who is of good standing to back up some of your claims.
