    Depends where it is hidden. Out of the way somewhere, where it won't be found accidentally, and it should be ok. Have seen some very elaborate ones around here that have survived for years.

    My firth thought was, what if you attached the heart to a wire so that when you pulled it out the head lunged at you or it made a groaning noise
