    They (like slugs) are very easy to deal with. Feed the wild birds. After a few weeks the birds will get rid of the slugs as well as the cock chafers.
    (not very daily mail to be interested in feeding wild birds, I know).
    The other way is to have a badger dig up the grubs. (again, not very daily mail to let badgers live)
