Don't Disney give all visitors a wristband that pretty much does this?

i.e. it tracks you and your kids through the park so that the characters already know your little cherub's name plus you use it to pay for everything on site?

I'm just reading Schindler's list currently, and its horrifying how organised it was and more importantly everyone knew what was happening which seems terrifying, why more people didn't rebel I really don't understand. Xoggy as usual seems spot on.
